then off to Stinson Beach & Muir Woods
After a night's sleep, we're on our way to Stinson Beach, north across the Golden Gate and up through Marin.
Cliff erosion has necessitated moving the road.

As we wrapped up our tour north of the Golden Gate, we headed back to our Fremont motel via the Marin Headlands, thence down the freeways to soft beds. Tomorrow it's off to Monterey for a visit to the Aquarium!
After a good take out lunch and a few hours on the beach, we aimed for the Muir Woods, and the relative cool of the forest
Having left Yosemite mid day, we made it back to the Bay area fairly early. We decided to go into town for dinner, and once down at Fisherman's Wharf, we visited the Boudin Bakery.
